About the Hotel
MacDonald Hotel was built in 1885 as a lodging house for boarders. It was originally named Windsor Housing Hotel but was eventually renamed MacDonald Hotel. The hotel is family-owned and located in downtown Marlborough, MA, along the MetroWest bus line.
At the hotel, we offer comfortable and affordable accommodations to boarders paid by the week or month. We have many rooming options available to choose from, including two apartments with full kitchens and private bathrooms, one studio apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom, and 37 single or double furnished rooms with shared bathrooms.
